Lock Every Door by Riley Sager Review

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lock Every Door follows Jules, a down-on-her luck young woman who takes a questionable job apartment sitting in one of the oldest, most glamorous and mysterious buildings in New York City. There are many rules to the job: no visitors, no nights spent away from the apartment and no disturbing other residents. What seems easy money at first becomes daunting as an isolated Jules searches for answers in another tenant's disappearance.

👍Enjoyed:
⏰Page turning thriller
⁉️Always wondering what is going on
🗝Decades of old locked up secrets
🧟‍♀️Creepy vibes
🎧Amazing on audio
😱Shocking ending
🔀So many twists and turns
🗽Set in New York City
🧐Intriguing characters

👎 Didn’t Enjoy:
🤦‍♀️Riley Sagers naive female protagonists
🔀Back and forth between timeframes got a bit confusing
😕Ending was shocking but kind of meh

Recommend?: Yes! This was my second Riley Sager book and I enjoyed it a million times for than Survive the Night. Although Riley's female protagonists make my blood boil with their immense naiveness, I still really really enjoyed the plot and twists of Lock Every Door!
